Welcome to Tales of Abundance: Meet the Hosts and the Five F's
This is where Tales of Abundance begins. Dr. John Oberg and Randy Lorensen introduce themselves, explain why they're sharing their stories in public, and set out the framework behind the show.
John and Randy explain the idea: two people with very different approaches, sharing what they've learned so listeners can get more of what they want. They introduce the Five F's (finance, fitness, family, friends and fun) and why keeping them in balance is hard.
Each host gives a quick version of his story. Randy talks about long hours, a career that ended badly, family and how he started playing poker. John talks about loss, therapy, a company that didn't work out, and going back for a doctorate to tackle type 2 diabetes.
They also cover infinite vs finite games, what they see as each other's strengths, John's goal of changing a billion lives, and what's coming next on the show.

[00:06] all right welcome to Tales of abundance episode number one maybe episode number zero the getting to know Us episode I'm Dr. John Oberg I'm here with Randy Lorensen Randy welcome this is the first time yeah I'm excited this is get this thing rolling so here we go we're off Tales of abundance let's start by talking about like how the tales of abundance started what's our origin story why are we doing this what is Tales of abundance you want to kick it off this was your brainchild the very first conversation we had you brought it brought up the idea yeah uh we just want to bring more abundance to the world and explore abundance with interesting people there's the world is full of amazing people that are doing great things and some of them in business or financial but some of them just do a great job with their family or raising kids or any number of different areas that and we want to explore all of those and find out more and sort of find out their superpowers and you know the other thing you know John we've known each other a long time and part of it is I feel like you have a lot of knowledge and wisdom that I can help bring to the world and share and share with our listeners yeah I really appreciate that and and super excited to bring really diverse points of view I think you and I agree on lots of things maybe even most things but we also have a lot of perspectives where we take radically different approaches sometimes we get to the same endo sometimes we have very different endpoints but I love the discourse and that we can you know radically disagree about something but I still really respect your opinion even especially when it's different than mine yeah and I I think that's so missing in the world today right I mean there's there's so many of our problems are because people can't talk about things anymore unless they agree on everything well and you know me I love Frameworks and structure so let's set up for the listener like what we're going to talk about in this episode um we'll talk about about what Tales of abundance is and then we'll talk about more why we are doing Tales of abundance and kind of the how we're going to do it for people and then we'll talk briefly about your background and my background we'll have other episodes people can access if they want to get deep into our history and and how we came to be here then we're going to talk about some of the key Frameworks that uh you and I have been talking about the last 15 or so years maybe more I don't want to date us I think it's at least 15 years and then I think from there uh we'll kind of wrap up the episode and talk about just how we plan to give listeners access to the information and the stories they need to achieve their Wildest Dreams their abundant dreams whether that's measured financially or in terms of time or energy however they want to measure it I think we're agnostic to that like we really just want people to gain more of what they want and by publicly sharing all this information we'll talk about like the different ways we're going to do that does that sound good that sounds great great and so well Tales of abundance is a podcast clearly we're doing that right now what else have we talked about bringing to The Listener to make it better for them just tools articles uh websites blogs anything really a community right and this is something you and I have talked about I know you've championed for as long as I've known you yeah is is building community and it's building a community of like-minded people not everybody as you just said is going to have the same goals the same dreams the same aspirations but a community of people that want abundance either in their lives or better yet want to help spread it to the rest of the world yeah and I think there's a lot of you know stories that need to be shared about that and gosh I I think the world could use more positive stories more positive um just views on what's happening in the world and you talked about tools and and so tell me more about the tools you found to be effective that we could bring to the listeners over time wow it's a big list right I mean sometimes it's just reading the right book or listening to the right podcast I myself listen to a ton of podcasts and absorb a lot of content sometimes maybe almost too much uh but it also could be some of the things you're really good at as far as it's a framework right and I know in running my business areas that you've helped me are just setting really clear concise core values or you know for other people it might be a goal setting exercise uh it could be just figuring out who to hire or how to manage that person I mean there's really an endless endless list but that also leaks over into friendships family having fun all those areas as well you're referring to the five FS that I often talk about which is you know looking at a problem sometimes you have to start solving that problem from the beginning but in most cases somebody has solved some similar problem at some point in history before and so if you can look at that problem from different angles and the angles that I talk about are Fitness which include not just your body but also your intellectual mind and then your spiritual being too and then we talk about family and then we talk about your friends in community and then we talk about uh how to have fun and then also the Financial and Professional ramifications of that and those five FS give people a pretty holistic look at a problem generally and sometimes the problem only exists in one of those facets other times it exists in multiple facets but over the years we've often talked about where do we start to look for Solutions or stories or whatever it is we're looking for and tools you know Frameworks yeah and so that's a great way for us just to organize them is this the only way to organize things of course not and there are people that have six FS or some other letter and or seven or three and I don't think that matters I think that's the one that resonated with the friends we've talked with for the last 15 years about this and um and The Listener probably should know that you you and I get together once a month for several hours including a dinner and deep conversation about life and life means all of these different facets and this group of people that we get together with nothing is off the table like we literally can talk about anything very Divergent points of view very diverse backgrounds and we we get into it sometimes yeah absolutely um and with FS different seasons in my life I know different things have been more important right and for me the big challenge a lot of times is just how to balance them right as we as we focus more on you know a business or financial sometimes friends get left aside or if we focus more on Friends the fitness gets left aside that's right and that you know for me that's one of the challenges is how to keep those five in balance is an is an ongoing struggle or or even how to go out of balance intentionally when a newborn baby comes you go out of balance for a period of time for parents that's just a normal thing and and so we'll get into all of that during these conversations we're going to have a couple of different formats on the the podcast that you and I have talked about and we really arm wrestled with this one for a while and both you and I love podcasts both you and I love reading and so I think there's a lot of inclination for United to do what's already been done but as we talked about it we talked about something we don't see as often which is the Deep dive yeah that's probably what I'm most excited about because on a lot of podcasts you you listen to somebody and they're on for 30 minutes or an hour and you're like wow that was good and you get I I at least tend to get a couple of nuggets I think oh this is something I can apply to my life or my business or my family but I feel like I don't always get all the tools I need to implement it and it leaves me having to figure it out do more research so I think being able to sit down with with interesting people and find out what their superpowers are and really dig into what they're excellent at and go deep will give listeners and I know just for me for me selfishly will give me a lot more insight into not only what they're doing but how they're doing it and how to execute it so I I think that's going to be really invaluable when you know me I'm going to ask about the hard parts of doing it too right sometimes people give you all of the five things they want to talk about where they're an expert but they forget to tell you that it took you know 10 years of this or two years of that or the really hard thing they do on Friday mornings or whatever it might be and so my interest is in really diving into all of it right and you only get to do that in a deep dive you know 45 minutes doesn't really let you get all the way there sometimes and so I don't think all of our guests are going to be willing to give us that type of time but there are a handful we think that could really really go deep with us and so that's what we're excited about and I think most people whatever they're working on or wherever they are today whatever season all of that life experience and all the teachers and all the mentors and all the mistakes they've made and all the victories have led them to where they are that along with just the how they were raised in their belief systems and you know I know if I look at my life and I'm sure it's the same with you all of those things have built on their on top of each other both good and bad to to get us to the place where we are right now so I think think is this a good time for us to transition into just a short background I know we're going to get into a deeper episode about each one of us and good bad ugly we'll talk about all of it uh maybe we should talk a little about you know Randy Lorensen and like how you got here because there are some parts of your story that aren't uh obvious to people and that are super interesting and there there are parts of your story that you know even though I've known you 15 years I still love hearing the stories and sometimes I've heard the story more than once sometimes I get a new story out of you too which is great uh but so much more than just business for you like you have an amazing ability to take vast amounts of information and synthesize it and come up with a point of view you have an amazing way of looking at statistical risk which I know people are going to want to hear more about that for sure give us the quick Randy Lorensen and bio like give us the background I grew up in central Minnesota um on a farm parents were divorced when I was seven uh had really great parents uh not perfect nobody's perfect but you know they uh I had a pretty happy generally childhood um was good at school but bored at school wasn't really challenging and kind of didn't see the point so sort of breeed through that was very into sports and Athletics uh went to college started a business while I was in college and left after three years and went from being an engineering major to working in the sales industry having no sales ability no natural ability at least and really didn't even have an interest but the way I'm wired I saw other people that were doing it and I'm competitive and I thought well if they can do it I can do it and I just worked and got better and got better and got better until I became good at it um yeah so two two things to underline hyper competitive not not competitive but actually hyper competitive and when it comes to work ethic growing up on a farm in the midwest like I would say your work ethic very few people I know have the type of work ethic that you know you and I are around regularly yeah I mean when I opened an office there I what was it 16 months after I started I think I opened my first office uh it was in St Cloud Minnesota and I worked I mean it was 18 20 hour days and you know Sundays I might not work 20 hours but I'd still put in an 8 10 12 hour day on a Sunday and I did that for several years not not that we're suggesting that we're not saying that's a way to build abundance sometimes it's just the way that competition or work ethic can show up in a unhealthy way yeah not well not great balance right but I was focused on the abundance personal abundance Financial career at that stage in my life sure uh I prefer to tell people that I got 25 years of work experience in 10 years it's one way of looking at it uh but that company I I moved to Iowa with that company with another promotion other promotions left the company moved back to and you know did various things I mean probably the most interesting thing I did along during that time frame was I gave stop smoking seminars uh that ended not so went well and then I partnered with the wrong people and yeah ended up in ruin so it was starting over went back to delivering pizzas to get back on my feet started working with an internet company during the.com boom which brought me to Austin Texas yeah and uh I've been here for 25 years and that also ended in disaster I went from being thinking I was set for life pre IPO I had a lot of of stock um you know I can't even imagine how much it would be today and then went into debt had to start over again did various things uh that eventually turned into a professional poker player almost by accident one of my favorite headlines about you is just the interesting stories that come out of playing professional poker we'll get into those for sure yeah but I had an Energy Efficiency company that with a partner was growing but it was very seasonal and started playing poker on my friend's kitchen table during the winter and pretty soon I realized I was accidentally making more money playing poker than I was working and building a business so that's what I did for eight years and then uh I have I stumbled into the cabinet business as I decided I wanted to be a contributing member of society again and figured I would do it for a year or two while I figured out what I wanted to do with the rest of my life found out I liked it and now we have 35 locations and growing across across the country yeah and uh have uh have a wonderful wife and Julie two kids um who uh came into my life and really you know have added abundance on the family end and yeah and there love to travel but we can dig all you know we'll get into all that and I've had the privilege to watch you along the way and see a lot of those things happen it's been such a great privilege to be along the ride uh along for the ride to kind of watch those things as you grow and evolve and you've seen me grow and evolve too and so I think it'll be a fun thing for us to kind of get deeper and deeper into that when we talk on the Randy Lorensen episode like much more about Randy maybe we'll go into like the uh I always talk about the the Decades of our lives like maybe we'll talk more about that but it' be great I'm getting your superpowers so give us the real quick high level what superpower what what would you say your probably my greatest superpower is my understanding of Game Theory and my ability it allows me to connect dots and think ahead and see things much quicker than other people see them yeah uh it's caused challenges in my life because it took me a long time to realize other people couldn't see that yeah but that's when I started playing poker I didn't really know what I was doing but the first time I played I won when people told me the rules and then I just continued to win and continued to win and a lot of that was instinctual easy second nature uh more than the math but the instincts of what to do the psychology of people but that has helped me to see what's coming now the downside to that I have had a history of being too early to a lot of things again I was in the.com the the boom but then also the bust and even the Energy Efficiency business I was in the Energy Efficiency business before that was really a thing and there have been numerous things where I was I was really too early to them and uh I've some of that with your help and other other acquaintances of ours help I've learned to temper that a little bit but that's still always a challenge to me as I see things and they're super obvious to me and it just takes other people longer to get there I think one of the things that just now hit me was that you know we see things differently and people talk about finite games and infinite games finite games you're applying Game Theory infinite games you're applying other you know other uh rubrics and I tend to see the world in terms of infinite games and you tend to see the world first through finite finite games perspective and so now I just re recognize like ah this is how we come at things differently so often and there's a lot more I could learn about Game Theory from you as we go so I think that's one of the things I just picked up today is as we go along this podcast I'm going to be really mindful about learning more about Game Theory and how to apply that in the right situations without limiting options when a when an infinite game might might work well too so that's really great the other thing that I probably should say is that the thread throughout all of that is I have been in search of freedom and sovereignty yeah sovereignty more than freedom but most people comprehend Freedom better so it's same about sovereignty for people that don't know what that word means the way you think it so it's going to depend on the situation but being self- Sovereign being able to make your own decisions not being a burden to others and that could just be Financial it could be emotional uh I'm sure we'll get into at some point my opinions of government intervention uh you know I am not such a fan of them telling me what to do and putting roadblocks in the way and you know I want not only myself but the world to be to pursue whatever their dreams are without having all the roadblocks and all the hurdles there and uh and so early in my career it was a lot of that was a search of financial freedom and being you know having the resources to do what I wanted to do when I wanted to do it and then what I really found out throughout my sales career is I got much more excited about other people's success and I would be much more motivated to work on helping other people succeed which as a sales manager worked great because or as an office manager helping them hit their goals helping me hit my goals but so helping them hit whatever goals they wanted to hit helped me hit my own uh and that has really been a thread through much of my much of my career and it's a lot of why this podcast excites me I think um I think it even goes a step past that I've watched you do things where you got no benefit whatsoever to help somebody else out regularly or in some cases detriment to you to help somebody else out and you're fine with that like you're very unattached to the what's in it for Randy which is unusual in this world but I think that's another one of your real strengths is that you genuinely want to help other people even when it's not good for you and I've seen you do that consistently now for you know more than 15 years and it's great to watch yeah it's I guess I'm fortunate that money doesn't drive me the way it does a lot of people yeah uh I certainly you know want Financial abundance and want the freedom that it but I also just have faith that everything's always going to work out I'm going to end up on my feet yeah and uh whatever comes we'll deal with it now along with that though you've also recognized some of the things you've got to mitigate for yourself as we go through life professionally personally I'll let you talk about that tell some some of the some of the weaknesses you you've identified in yourself that you want to be aware of oh yeah one of them as I've grown older I've certainly become less patient and one of the things you've really helped me with is seeing some of the things that I assumed other people think the way I think and that because I could connect those dots and I sometimes am having a conversation after I've connected three or four or yeah 12 dots and they haven't connected the first dot to the second dot yet and it took me a while to realize that was what was happening you process information incredibly quickly compared to most people yeah and uh so that's a blessing and a curse right uh the other thing is I like new stuff I technology um you know I if a new technology comes along there's a good chance I will be one of the first people to jump in or be an early adopter which many times has served me well um you know certainly Bitcoin is something that had served me well there have been other times where that is an area where I've been too early and sometimes being too early is worse than being late yeah to the game uh but from a business stand Point I've learned not to chase all the shiny things and it's but it takes it really takes a lot of effort for me not to break what's working and try and fix it and make it better yeah and go keep adding stuff and and jumping around I think you also have a good command of the details in some areas you don't love the details you don't want to get into them but and sometimes you let go of them a little early but you've got a good command of the details because you process information so quickly I love to figure out the details yeah so if it's a program I like to dig in and figure it out and that includes the details yeah and execute it and then teach other people but if I have to do all those details for years upon years I it's going to drive me insane yeah we've talked about that you and I both like building the train tracks and getting the trains rolling and training other people how to use the trains we don't love running the trains on time once the tracks are laid and that's something we prefer other people to do and and I don't think you and I are best suited for that yeah um definitely true yeah that's great that's great let's turn the tables I think I'll tell you about you know I think the for the listeners what what are the things that are strengths and weaknesses that I bring to the table and I think that my number one strength and weakness is often my intensity I think you've seen that over the years that my intensity can be the thing that fuses things together or burn them to the ground and I I bring a lot of intensity I don't mean to it's how it was wired but that comes from a background of you know I grew up in a my my uh biological parents divorce when I was very young my stepdad was married to my mom and raised me he passed away when I was young and I I there's a lot of happy to jump into the therapy I went through as a result of that 30 years after that in our next episode around that and and but I I also very competitive very driven um strong work ethic worked for the same company you worked for even though we didn't know other at the time uh you know company that was you know 40,000 people or whatever and we happened to be there at the same time different cities different states and uh really had a some great mentorship there a number of people Omar Scott PJ uh Steve you know there's just a lot of Mark there's a lot of people there who really uh invested in my personal and professional growth that I'm forever grateful for still keep in touch with many of those people and uh that led then to a um a life of travel where I moved around the country I grew up in LA and moved all over the country for work and then ended up in an MBA program um with uh a really great mentor and Steve Walsh who took me into like how to do Consulting and um Tech commercialization and um I had a chance to then start companies which I really enjoyed so I wrote the patents along with Dave and Ben to uh do credit card processing on mobile devices back in 2004 talking about being too early we I think four years before the iPhone so that we um I raised some money and I you know feel like I single-handedly drove the company into the ground just didn't do a great job of running it and despite lots of great people around and uh I learned some really great lessons from that later on uh not during the time I wasn't I think as able to learn but um it was a really great experience looking backwards at it and then went to work for a small private Equity Fund called the search fund turning a a manufacturing company around then I got to work for a boutique consulting firm where I worked with a couple hundred different compan companies in different capacities over the next you know N9 and a half 10 years and then started my own consulting firm after that and started investing in companies and uh during that whole time started a company in 2014 called sedera Health had a successful exit after being ranked number 197 in the Fortune 500 for Inc uh inks Fortune not the Fortune 500 the number 197 the Inc 5000 sorry was never in the Inc uh Fortune 500 I'm someday someday maybe um so Inc 5000 number 193 fastest growing company which was great a successful exit and then I've been able to sit on the board of directors of some cool companies I've done a couple of turnarounds um I think the thing I'm most proud of right now is you know all of the lives I've impacted along the way we have some really big projects inside my consulting firm they're going to impact Humanity in a really positive way and then as you know uh I got really frustrated about the type two diabetes problem a few years ago went back to get my doctorate at USC and then with a good friend of mine Dustin Williams who's AIC doctor we opened up a medical clinic where we've now are ending type two diabetes so priscina health is a company that I also Run next to my consulting company John Oberg advisory very you know uh uh interesting name right so John let me uh my thread throughout my life I I talked a little bit about is freedom and sovereignty yeah and now I am really focused on helping bring abundance to the world and a lot of my focus on that is I see a broken Financial system and money is broken and I think that there are second and third and fourth and 20th level consequences to that and I am you know I spend a lot of brain power and effort on that when I first met you we met at at a BNI meeting 15 years ago give or take yeah and the first time I met you somewhere in your pitch or Spiel at BNI you said you wanted to change a billion lives yeah okay and I thought oh this guy thinks big I like this right and we then after that we had coffee and got to that's when we found out we'd actually worked and cut our teeth at the same company and came up but let's talk more about that changing a billion lives like where did that come from and what's the and I've watched that evolve over the last 15 years but yeah the the irony is I don't share that publicly as much as I used to I I was at a I was at a Thing Once and people were asking about those types of goals and I shared that and it put some people off because it came off with a lot of arrogance and so um I I learned like not to like lead with that so for the listeners hearing this first episode first time like I don't generally lead with that but it's true I I've I've felt like changing A Billion Lives is a thing that I've been called to do um I I've tried to put that down lots of times I think the most important part of my life is my faith and I don't um wear it on my sleeve in the sense that I shove it down someone's throat I'm not embarrassed by it at all but I think that you know the best way that I can um evangelize people is to live a really great life and have people say gosh that was a really person who knew how to love me in a non you know in a Agape way in a friendly way so um so yeah so faith is the most important thing to me and I feel like that's a calling that was put on my life not by me but I've tried to walk away from it tried to put it down um I've tried to stop investing time energy and money into it and it's just not it's I'm I'm called to it it's it's in my DNA it's what I'm meant to do and uh and so it's been a very frustrating path along those things and I'll you know you know this you've heard about the frustrations along the way you've you've watched me live it for 15 years I've got a wonderful family wife three kids that are incredibly uh generous with me um in letting me pursue that path and um that are along for the ride and I you know love each and every one of them dearly and so it's been a a real blessing to have them support me in that uh even when it got tough you know I was getting my doctor during uh during the pandemic and I ended up you know getting a doctorate in two years while you know running a company and uh that's a it took a toll on everyone you know I was working hard but I think there was as much difficulty for the family as there was for anybody and and they not once did I hear them complain about it like not once they acknowledged how difficult it was but not once did they uh push against it like they were in it and so I'm forever grateful for that and yeah yeah so anyway my faith drives me yeah uh the and that's that's a part of my faith is the calling that I feel like I have and uh and to me it's about relationships like how do you improve A Billion Lives you help people to have better relationships with with other people and then when you know people can have bad relationships with money or bad relationships with things and so how do you um how do you sort that out and for me you know I'm a I'm a scientist by training right I was I was my first year College I was studying biology and in a biology lab and you know I went back to get a doctorate in social work where you know science is important to me and so how do you start Problems by looking at the science obviously there's a lot of Art in the world too and there's a lot of things that are debatable but how do you start with the science how do you look at the facts first and then form an opinion and that's a lot of what we'll talk about in problem solving in abundance and you know that about me already that's that's what we hope to kind of share and at the end of it hopefully abundance also looks like relationships abundant depth of relationships not just number of relationships but real connection with people and I think that this isn't just me saying this like the the current Surgeon General United States when this episode is being recorded has said on many occasions for a long time that isolation is the number one concern Health concern in America today 2024 and so I I think how do we defeat isolation relationships we've done that in a group that we've talked about for 15 years I think we've got lots of other ways that people um can do things to improve relationships so as we go through this abundance one of the things I'm focused on is not just you know abundance of spiritual growth but also abundance of relationship and abundance of love and and you not just in romantic love kind of way but other kinds of love and so I don't use those words very often you probably haven't heard me use those words very often in 15 years because I think you act it you don't talk about it so much and so as listeners reach out to us they'll tell me if I'm doing a good job or not I'm sure they'll be critical when I'm not right yeah but you have you have impacted a lot of lives already I don't I don't think we're nearing a billion yet but there's still a lot of time left right yeah yeah but no danger of a billion today and I don't know how you track it because even look even help that you've given me has helped my company and there's I got people spread across the country right in 35 locations and all of their people many of them haven't met some of them have met you but many of them haven't met you but that you have had an impact on people even second and third third level yeah I appreciate and by the way I don't feel like I need to talk to a billion people myself like I feel like if I can influence the influencers in this way like that's good enough for me right so I count those people and in a future episode we'll go into deep with priscina right and I think there's a lot of really exciting things happening there that we'll go into you know that I think can put a big dent in that and hopefully this podcast is a big part of it as well ending diabetes I that's a big deal sharing abundance that's a big deal um helping people with relationships that's a big deal so I've got several irons in the fire to try to get this done you the one thread through all of it is it's about human relationships like that's I think if you look at anything that I've done well that I'm excited about the last professional part of my career the things that I focus on personally it's about relationship and again um you know this because you've heard me say it in lots of different forums but as the listeners here are hearing that you know that'll be a theme that comes up again and again sometimes you have to keep me off the Rabbit Trail because I want to hear more and more about the relationships that may not be somebody's superpower who's a guest you need to like corral me in like hey John that's interesting for you but we're actually here to talk about you know Widgets or whatever yeah keep me Keep Me honest so that's great we'll do that should we transition into what's in it for the listener yeah I think that's great so you know in terms of The Listener and what you think is in for them I think you've got some really good ideas on this I I think that is going to vary from person to person right but going back to it's a community and whether somebody is early in their career and they're you know where I think both you and I started we were chasing you know that's a lot of people early they want success financially and career-wise uh there will be things there for that but other people might be at the end of their career and they're trying to figure out how to give back and we will certainly have content that will fit into that how how do you give back how do you be a good Steward and and whether it's a charity or it's coaching or mentoring or maybe it's just giving back to your family uh I don't think it's important what people's goals are but I think we'll give people whether it's the framework the motivation maybe it's just a story that inspires them that will help them hit those goals and bring abundance to the world in whatever way they like doesn't matter if what it is but everybody's got their own journey and and that's part of what makes the world great is we can Embrace and hopefully just do a little bit to help all those people on their journey and they have hopefully exactly what they need in the moment they need it the great thing about a podcast as you can pick up the episodes whenever and so hopefully they'll find just the thing they need at just the right moment to be able to feel better gain some hope have a framework what whatever it is I mean who knows but yeah not getting h on what our goals for somebody are because that doesn't help anybody I love it I love it well I'm excited as we kick things off I know we're going to um start to put some episodes out right away about uh kind of close to home for you and me and then we'll start diving into some of those tools we'll bring in some guests and uh I think we might even have a few um episodes of an old podcast that I did that come over where we have some stories that are stories of abundance that we're going to try to bring into this podcast different brand for that podcast we're going to kind of roll them into this just as a way of sharing stories I know that as I went through a couple dark times in my life I loved hearing stories of Hope and stories of redemption and so we'll try to bring those forward for the listeners so they can have those stories right when they need them sounds great all right episode one here we are thanks for being here appreciate you tuning in and uh look forward to the next episodes from Tales of abundance
